Social Event | May 7 | 12-1:30 p.m. | 180 Doe Library
Registration: Click here (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfEf0_p2frrQSf9QYLRihg8yinnlfvxk_hUfOIc_o2h3t9j0Q/viewform) to register and indicate your meal preference (we encourage early RSVP to make sure we can make arrangements for special meal requests). We hope to accommodate as many as possible with our catering, but cannot guarantee meeting the dietary restrictions of all attendees. Please note that we will accept registrations on a first come, first served basis, due to the limited capacity of the room.
Join us for a casual, interactive (and catered!) discussion about embracing and supporting greater equity and inclusion efforts on campus. Through a series of simultaneous small table chats (6-8 staff per table), we will be exchanging ideas/questions/best practices.
We hope that these casual, interactive discussions will produce valuable takeaways for how we can best cultivate a proactive and engaging work environment at Cal.
The following campus representatives have signed up to participate, and we hope you can join us, too:
Jo Mackness, Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor, Human Resources
Sid Reel, Director Staff Diversity Initiatives
Oscar Dubon Jr, Vice Chancellor for Equity & Inclusion
Tim Fuson, EEO Analyst
See you there!
