Debbie Jan, Optometry and Health Sciences Library

EndNote is a citation management program that helps you organize the citations you find when doing research and allows you to easily insert these citations into your paper or report. Your citations can be converted by EndNote into thousands of different styles with a click or two, saving you hours of time when you format your papers.

Features covered will include:
• Adding references to EndNote from databases (e.g., PubMed), Google Scholar, and PDF files
• Organizing your references into groups or folders
• Using Find Full Text
• Using EndNote with Microsoft Word to instantly add references to your document in any of 1000s of citations styles

This hands-on workshop will give you practice using some of the EndNote features. This is a drop-in session; no sign up needed.

You can use our PCs or bring your own laptop (you MUST have a copy of EndNote on your laptop or you need to download a trial version BEFORE the class).
